TransformFIT Health is an Australian business that sells Weighplate products in Australia.
References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean TransformFIT Health.
We are not the developer or owner of the Weighplate app. We sell Weighplate products and provide customer support for products purchased through us.
2. Products
We aim to display product information, images, pricing and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, product colours, appearance and display may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and product updates.
We may update product information, pricing, availability or promotions at any time without notice.
3. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
Your order is accepted once payment has been processed and we confirm your order.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card or debit card details on our own systems.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing, shipping and contact information when placing an order.
We may cancel or refuse an order if there is an error in pricing, availability, payment processing, suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice, but any confirmed order will be charged at the price shown at the time the order was placed.
Shipping costs, discounts or promotional offers may be shown separately at checkout.
5. Shipping and delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable time after payment is received.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, stock availability, public holidays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If incorrect details are provided, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may not arrive.
6. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Your purchase comes with rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, not as described, unsafe, or does not perform as expected, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the issue.
We may need to assess the product before providing a remedy.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement for a change of mind unless we choose to do so under our own returns policy.

7. Warranty
Weighplate products may include a warranty as stated on the product page or warranty information provided at the time of purchase.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorised repair, improper cleaning, normal wear and tear, or use that is not in line with product instructions.
Warranty rights are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Weighplate app and third-party services
The Weighplate product may connect with the Weighplate app and other third-party services.
The Weighplate app may be operated by a separate provider and may have its own terms, privacy policy, account requirements, updates and technical conditions.
TransformFIT Health is not responsible for app outages, app updates, user account issues, Bluetooth compatibility issues, phone settings, or third-party platform changes outside our control.
We will still try to assist customers where reasonable.
9. Product use
You agree to use the product safely and in accordance with product instructions.
Weighplate products are designed to assist with food weighing and nutrition tracking. They are not a medical device and do not replace medical, dietary or health advice from a qualified professional.
You are responsible for how you use any food, calorie, macro or nutrition information shown through the product or app.
10. Website use
You must not use this website for unlawful, harmful, misleading or abusive purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with the website, upload malicious code, scrape content, misuse forms, copy our content without permission, or interfere with website security.
We may restrict access to the website if we believe it is being misused.
11. Intellectual property
The text, images, videos, branding, layout and content on this website are owned by TransformFIT Health, Weighplate, or their respective licensors.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use website content for commercial purposes without permission.
Weighplate names, logos, product images and app-related materials remain the property of their respective owners.
