Refund Policy

30-day returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products.

This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused
• in the same condition you received it
• in its original packaging
• returned with proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us first. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Change of mind

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days if the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically guaranteed and must be approved by TransformFIT Health.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless we agree otherwise.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us first.

In some cases, the fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Return address

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
